1999 Grammy designated recording artist Donna McAfee, known as God's "Songbird". Comparable only to the late Minni Riperton, Donna commands a 4-octave range, which is simply heavenly. This Polygram recording artist is truly an anointed and gifted trained vocal sylist. Donna's bidding performances and music ministry have been at the request of former President Ronald Reagan, TBN, Bobby Jones, Inner Voices, and the NBA National Champion Chicago Bulls. She has also shared the stage and recorded with the likes of the legendary Al Green, Andy Williams, Andrae' Crouch, Michael Jackson, Natalie Cole, and R. Kelly. Don Heckman, in his LA TIMES review comments, "..McAfee's astonishing voice...has to be heard to be believed. She is a clear Star on the horizon..." as they honored Donna's contribtuions with contemporary a capella group Inner Voices (Laurel Records), which also helped Donna and Morgan Ames (co-writer) earn the 1999 CARA nomination for Best Holiday Sont of the year. This native of Chicago, Star Search, Gospel Music Association, and Bobby Jones Gospel Search champion is now currently in pre-production on her debut solo Gospel album, that will include the hit single, "A Friend Like You", featuring recording artist Montel Jordan.
