Terry Wollman, Producer Originally from Miami, Wollman began his music education in his hometown before traveling to Boston in the late 70's to attend the Berklee College of Music where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arranging and also studied guitar. In 1981, Wollman made the move to Los Angeles and within several months landed his first job, handling orchestration for a Grammy Awards performance by The Crusaders featuring Joe Cocker. Throughout the 80's, Wollman continued working with The Crusaders, including handling orchestration for their live concert performances with the Tokyo Philharmonic. It was also during this period that Wollman began to build his reputation as a session player, composer, producer and arranger with the ability to contribute to all types of musical projects from jazz to pop, from rock to world music, from R&B to Latin. In 1988 Wollman turned his talents to recording his first solo record Bimini (Nova), a contemporary jazz collection that received wide critical acclaim. In addition to his work as a hired gun, Wollman continues to pursue independent projects by composing, producing, and arranging music for several up-and-coming artists. His songs have been recorded by many renown artists, and most recently, Wollman co-wrote the single "The Miracle" which became a UK hit for Cliff Richard in 1999. As a solo artist he honed his skills on the Los Angeles club scene and released his second solo album, "Say Yes" (Sonic Images/Universal) in 1998.
